World Outgames

It was a successful experience to cooperate with PLace2Book about the handling of ticket sales to participants at World Outgames in Copenhagen summer 2009.

We used Place2Book on the boats to our big opening party, all the parties under the event and also to other events. PLace2Book delivered every time a professional service, high quality and they were always willing to find the best solution - both in relation to online sales and the more practical assignments such as e.g. access control.

For World Outgames it was important, that we, via PLace2Book's ticket system, easily could follow the ticket sales and see the orders come rushing in from all over the worlds. At the same time, the system gave us the opportunity to provide good service to the ticket buyers who had lost their tickets or the like.

Both before, during and after World Outgames we have received the full support of PLace2Book, and we would like to recommend the system to upcoming organizers of both small and large events.
